A New Way to Empathize
What if Artificial Intelligence (AI) didn’t need to feel artificial? What if it could learn empathy through the questions asked and provide specific, tailored support to each user—actually connecting emotion to technology? At the heart of this project is the goal of helping student nurses navigate challenges in their education. It’s not just about asking questions; it’s about questioning answers. About learning, feeling, and teaching empathy by doing. In collaboration with faculty at Jefferson Hospital, we focused on designing an experience that prepares the next generation of nurses not only to understand the “why” behind empathy—but how to reach it, use it, and lead with it.
This poster was created to raise awareness about a new AI-powered tool launching soon for Jefferson nursing students.
